To transform Chipping’s 25 year old community gym with modern equipment, creating an affordable, welcoming place for our rural community.
Who are we?
Chipping & District Memorial Hall is a community run charity at the heart of Chipping, providing facilities for local people, groups and organisations.
As part of the hall, we operate Chipping Community Gym a small, affordable gym that has served our rural community for around 25 years.
The hall is run for the benefit of the community, and we’re continually working to improve the facilities we can offer. Our aim is simple: to provide welcoming, affordable spaces that help bring people together and support the health and wellbeing of our village and surrounding communities
We have started a Crowdfunder to raise funds towards the £11,000 project cost. If we get enough pledges of support it will unlock matched funds worth about £5,300.
